Food City store map
Imagine walking into a Food City grocery store with an aisle-by-aisle grocery list in your hand. Now wouldn't grocery shopping become fun instead of frustrating? An aisle-by-aisle list reduces impulse buying, which in turn reduces spending, or reduces weight, or reduces time spent at the store, whatever it is that you're interested in reducing.
Is this really possible? How does it work? The secret is the software called Aisle-by-Aisle. You simply tell the software the Food City store layout and the rest is automatic.
What is a store map?
A store map matches grocery items to aisles. In order for the software to print your aisle-by-aisle list, it needs to know what items are on what aisles. Aisle-by-Aisle is collecting a worldwide database of store maps that are created by users like you.
You may find your store already mapped out. Or you may not. If not, you can map any store yourself by using the tools that the software provides.
Will the Aisle-by-Aisle software work at other stores?
What happens when you go to a different supermarket? The same software works for all food stores. You simply create a store map for each store you want. You can print the same grocery list twice, once for the Food City store and once for another store. Each list will have the same items, but the aisles and order will be different.
What happens when they move the items or the change the store aisles? You simply tell the software the new aisle layout, and you're in control again.
What else does the software do?
Will the software help you remember to use your grocery coupons? Yes. Coupon information prints on the list right under the item.
Will the software help you remember sales? Yes. Sale information prints on the list right under the item.
Will the sofware help organize food recipes? Yes. You can create many lists. Make small lists, large lists, recipe lists, entire meal planning lists, and even make lists of lists.
